Frequently Asked Questions
Easton Grange
Accommodation
Yes, we have the Bakehouse bridal suite cottage for our couples, and the Farmhouse for their closest friends and family.
Booking and Pricing
Once you book, your wedding planning will start in earnest and the latest that you can make any changes to your packages is six weeks before your wedding.
Food & Drink
No. Our in-house caterer Snooty Goose is exclusive to Easton Grange.
The extensive range of menus, which make use of the finest local and seasonal produce, offer something for everyone, from classic and sumptuous banquets to casual, contemporary feasts.
Quality, flexibility and personal choice is at the heart of what we believe in and our menus and individual drinks packages are designed with this in mind.
Party
11.30pm is the end time for your party. You and your guests then have another 30 minutes for everyone to finish their drinks, say their goodbyes and make their way into taxis or the accommodation by midnight.
That said, we have a number of late licenses we can use to extend the end time so you can party the night away.
Suppliers
From florists to wedding photographers (and everything in between), we have plenty of suppliers who have regularly worked at weddings here and who we can heartily recommend to our couples.
Get in touch with us to learn about our suppliers.
Venue Details
Yes, you can put out your own signs out on the roads surrounding Easton Grange to help direct your guests to the venue.
We ask that these are only installed on the morning of your wedding and taken down on the morning after, so that they don’t cause confusion for guests attending other events and weddings in the area.
Visiting Easton Grange
Simply use our book a visit form and we will be in touch to organise it with you. Alternatively, call us on 01728 724662 to arrange it directly with our team.
Wedding Ceremony
We can open the bar as early as an hour before your ceremony, however we do have to briefly close it 15 minutes before the ceremony as this gives your guests the opportunity to finish their drinks before they enter the Ceremony Barn.
Other than water for the immediate members of the bridal party and the registrars, under the legislation that governs civil ceremonies and marriages, no drinks of any description are permitted in the Ceremony Barn. We can re-open the bar as soon as your ceremony is over.
Wedding Day
Yes, of course!
When the sun is shining we love to hold drinks receptions in the courtyard outside our Piano Bar and on the lawn outside the Celebration Barn that runs down to the river Deben.
As well as ample room for people to stand, there is outdoor seating and tables for guests to make use of.
